Welcome to the first ever Dog Star Orchestra Screening! We are showcasing works that experiment with reforming the language of sound and moving image. We thought that the Dog Star Festival would be an excellent place to view these works. We invited eight artists to participate, and then collaborated with them to find a film or video of theirs that was in sync with our concept and that would be engaging when streamed at home. Sound plays a critical and structural role in each film, transforming the way we see what is put on screen. We hope you enjoy the program!
